If you actually believe that the current Democratic party is ultra-left, that only reveals how far right you are. If you were correct, there would have been no need for Nader. Bill Clinton is/was the master of philosophical deception, harping on leftist themes until elected and then swerving to the right. Gore tried to dance around leftist themes in the same dishonest way to attract progressives, and failed miserably. But don't for a moment imagine that liberalism is equaivalent to leftists.
