I hope it stops soon. I need another bounce to get short. I would hate for us to, ssshhhhh, C, and not be short a futures contract.

Allan, same situation here. I covered all of my Dec's at the open and am sitting on relatively minimum exposure now. Mostly only MSFT Jan 70's, a truckload of 'em. Few Crisco's and Intel's as well. I don't want to miss the C either and am pulling my hair out trying to decide if I should get back in or not. I can only conclude that the entire market is waiting on me to call the bottom by going in in SOIZE, so I'll help the thread out and sit this out. It does look pretty dangerous out there to me, like at any point "real" selling could start, ie, forced selling and panic selling.

note: p/c ratios are still at ridiculous levels...0,63 both OEX and overall. there's no sense of fear, it's as if everybody was certain we're going to get the usual late ramp. even i am expecting it!
