thanks joe..we have been discussing this subject in great detail in the pit in the last week and wondering what dis-advantage would a company trading under a quarter have in keeping there files updated when the mm's keep destroying them.. plus,if the pinks would get more exposure for real times level2 that would level the field.. i did not think i would ever want to trade pink sheet stocks but i do believe in a checks and balance system, but i really think the mm's are using the filings and info there to there advantage..

here is the number one problem.. the mm's believe that all otc bb stocks are garbage and pieces of garbage... whether that is true or not,they are not there to play lord and decide the outcome of these stocks by setting traps everyday on news and having the stock cheaper the next day then when news hit... i believe in the pinks even though it allows the garbage on the other side by companies and all the other crap,but it appears as if that is the type of things that level the playing field against the b.s of the mm's.. ecnc,bifs...-mm's have no idea what they have in shares and what is going on,so that is why you see that kind of movement....
