Any attorney who actively practices law in Florida will be listed by MH. It's like the phonebook for attorneys. Mr. Thompson may have sat for and passed the bar in Florida. If so, he better have just recently passed the bar or else he's probably fallen behind on his CLEs working for a partisan internet based rag like NewsMax. If so, he could be disbarred for practicing law without an active license. Anyway, this is a non issue wrt Boise. I just wanted to point out, again, that "news"max is worthless. It doesn't even make good toilet paper.
