IMO, there should never be another ballot counted again. It is over, BUSH won Florida's electoral votes.

IF Gores attempts to turn over the results of a legal election, then the Florida legislature should and will step in to stop it.

Levy, the overvotes don't get counted at all. They are legally considered spoiled ballots because two or more candidates in a given race had their names marked, thus nullifying the vote. Ultimately, they're discarded and don't count.

This, by the way, is the crux of the lawsuit of the citizens calling for a revote in Palm Beach County, which had more overvotes than any other Florida county. It's where the Gore voters became rightfully inflammed when they realized they had voted for Buchanon--the very first day of this controversy: election day!
