Technopeasant, the voters' choice in FA is respected. The voters , chose a 100% Republican majority Legislature. They must have had a reason for doing that. ( A good one IMHO, vbg ). The FA Republican Legislature will proceed courageously and legislate. They will not be intimidated by Jesse Jackson marching down the street. If the Florida legislature does exercise its right, and that ends up pre-empting the voter's choice, (whatever that is), and the legislation is signed into law by Bush's brother, there will be a very negative reaction.
