Technopeasant, the voters' choice in FA is respected.

The voters ,

chose a 100% Republican majority Legislature.

They must have had a reason for doing that.

( A good one IMHO, vbg ).

The FA Republican Legislature will proceed courageously
and legislate.

They will not be intimidated by Jesse Jackson marching
down the street.

TA I suspect Pat is right on this one. If the Florida legislature does exercise its right, and that ends up pre-empting the voter's choice, (whatever that is),
and the legislation is signed into law by Bush's brother, there will be a very negative reaction.
