Interesting thing. The more the sector funds fall, the
greater the percentage of NAV have to distribute capital
gains. Percent of NAV to be distributed:

Oct 31 Nov 30
Fido Computer 18% 34%
Fido Communications 23% 30%
Fido Software 26% 36%

the fund cash level argument is the strongest, provided there isn't a flood of redemptions. however, in past bear markets (not of the 3-week dip variety, but REAL bears) cash levels have risen to 12% and higher.
