As your portfolios sink and the cost of living increases and the boss says to you. "Well i am not at all sure about that raise you requested we have a small problem namely how to fund that raise". But Abby has said time to buy. The house payment remains the same the gardener has gone up (adjusment for the cost of gas) which won't go down.
