Dear Lawdog: Well what portion of his letter do you consider lies by YOUR definition. Are you aware that upon notifying counsel in a case of an error of law quoted to the judge if that counsel is unwilling to so correct it an attorney is BOUND BY THE CODE OF ETHICS to do so himself. Do you actually think an attorney Licensed to practice before the Florida Bar is going to commit a lie in writing to the Fla. Supreme Court and a Circuit Court Judge? Open your eyes Lawdog.
