Dave, you won't like this... The toll-free number is (877) 717-3262. They take Visa, MasterCard, American Express. When I asked when they would ship my eCashPad if I ordered one, the girl said she thought late January, but not to hold her to it. Looks like we'll have to wait a while before we retire! BTW, Dave... I called the eConnect office to ask what happened to the 1000 eCashPads that NDFC was encoding. Were they really there, or had they been scrapped in favor of newer ones now coming? Katie said both the initial 1000 and the ones now being shipped would be used to fulfill the orders of the first 1000 people who signed up for free ones, and that they would indeed work with ATM cards when we get them. She still wouldn't say when we'll get them or what the holdup is, though. In the mean time, I received my new Fusion Card with a smart chip in the mail today, and I'll be online tonight ordering my card swiper from them. The race is on! Which one will I get first???!!!
