Dear Lawdog: You might be surprised. Here in Palm Beach County (and everyone knows we do things right (gg)) our ethics division consists of 3 persons one of which is NOT an attorney. If his letter suffices to get them to look at the case themselves and not rely on what Boise has to say, that will be sufficient. JDN
