AMEN! Anyone whoever lost a game because of a bad call knows the hurt you feel but a real person gets over it. Gore and his toadie Joe the Shmoe Lieberman wont stop until some democratic party bigwig appeals to their patriotism and then we are still not sure.

As Casey Stengel said, it ain't over till it's over. Why, exactly, should anybody take the legal views of the guy who had a 1.6ghz P4 available at the launch seriously, anyway? Bush's Florida campaign manager and the yahoo posts the Rambus guys are always flogging are somewhat more credible legal sources. As for whining, you would be a legitimate authority on that, Elmer. Taunt, whine to the SI admins when it comes back at you, and then brag about getting people kicked off. I have the deepest admiration for people who are willing to pull stunts like that. Seems to come with the territory among the righteous right, is my experience.
