the factor most people underestimate is the resentment by Democrats for following thru with Impeachment
this fight is a continuation
and it aint gonna end anytime soon

I've been against tax cuts but if we don't get a rate cut we surely will need them. They'll have to make them retroactive to have an impact in time.
