OK I'm really ticked at the Ca legistlature forcing me to pay union dues beginning Jan for a union that I consider corrupt, immoral and obscene.(See Libertarian thread post) So I have no patience today with lack of sympathy. But I can see your point: you two could share buying/selling the same stock and then average the gains/losses and share with each other. Freeus

What ever we seem to buy goes down and vice versa for what we sell. It is similar to your post. If I tell Keith I am buying HD, for example, he should sell the hell out of it, cause if I am buying it is surely going down.<g> When you said you didn't think there was much downside to HD, it's like us, just watch and see and undoubtedly there will be more than you think. Places like HD will also feel the pain. Additionally, if the pessimists are right in that we dont turn around until the dow is whacked as well, it would seem, for the long term investor, tech is the place to be.
