Dear Lawdog: I dont know, I consider myself moderate and am offended by Gores antics. I suppose you consider yourself moderate and you apparently are offended by Bush (why I dont know, the guy hardly has said anything since the election). I got a feeling no matter how its decided the american public will just be glad its done. JDN

The 1st Amendment doesn't cover hate speech. Right? And he is using the People's Frequency to spread this hate right? I think if we dig deep enough we could find the legal means to shut him down. Just depends on the will.

Wonder of any of his Big Media competitors would even object.

The only way to put a permanent end to Limbaugh, newsmax and the rest of the extreme right wing is to take away their support.
