JW: This presents yet another great setting for BUSH to present to the American people, non-lawyers in his admin aka Powell, and subtly remind the voters how a lawyer filled admin such as we have had contributes to what else but lawsuits. It's a great segueway in to a PR campaign on tort reform similar to the anti-tabacky, anti-gun campaigns. I just love the symmetry with these damn liberals. They are finally going to get a taste of their own droppings.
