Ah yes, but the candy lady isn't around any more, in any case she would be no match for the nose candy guy, who has more divisions than the pope, along with that canadian militia vehicle they impounded with its cargo of BC Bud ... but fear not, the yanquis would take one look at the soup kitchen queues and scurry back to where 'food stamps' doesn't mean stomping your feet on the ground to keep warm ... they have this cultural quirk against registering their personal howitzers anyway.
