Hi Mark: Please pay close attention to the frequency bands of spectrum auctions. The NTRO equipment addresses primarily the high frequency part of the spectrum, not the PCS or 3G bands. The latest 28GHz auction in the UK has been a total disaster, with only 16 licenses purchased out of 42 offered in 14 regions (3 licenses per region). The total take was only 38 million pounds, against predictions of 1 billion pounds prior to the auction. In Canada, Maxlink (holder of several LMCS licenses with big contract out to ALA) is going under. In the US TGNT and ARTT are at the edge of the abyss. So the end market for NTRO's equipment is terrible. Best regards, Bernard Levy
