The difference is, that Clinton has a BRAIN and Gore doesn't. Clinton was able to get away with it for the most part, because MOST of the time, he was just too SMART to get caught in a lie.

Gore on the other hand, well IMO, he just isn't the brightest bulb in the bunch, hence the reason he couldn't lie his way out of a rug!
