noone wants to stand in front of this earnings seasons pre-announcements so everyone bailing while they can... cant see a reason for big sustained rally besides technical bounce because of this reason... I agree with your reasoning, but this market is not rational, so logic isn't very useful. It's turned into a crapshoot, which I guess is what it was most of the way up. At some point, we will set a short term bottom and rally, but I doubt it will make logical sense whenever it happens.
