I guess my post wasn't so dumb afterall....

Observed Scott Roix, CEO of Affinity, "We have a great business relationship with Reliant, but they are only marginally profitable and this acquisition does not make sense for us at this time

Reliant isn't making much money and the dilution would have killed us....
