I agree that we didn't see much signs of recovery in broken stocks after the October year-end selling. However markets are multi-factorial, and so any specific bullish or bearish factor can easily be overwhelmed by other factors.

Generally the biotechs have done just about as expected the last few weeks based on my NASD/Dow vs. BTK/DRG measure.
