That's merely speculation on your part. He has not even begun to prove that there are no other superceding variables. I strongly suspect that there are.

So why didn't the Democrats in Palm Beach use the newer more accurate technology this time? Especially after the high numbers of disqualified voted in 1996? Why should they be allowed to count votes now that they disdained to count in 1996?
