I think we need a little bit of clarification with respect to the lockups.

The Feb 3 lockup date is for 769,230 shares, which is the remaining number of shares restricted from trading. The other 46 million odd shares were released from this restriction on August 1, but were still bound by Rule 144. (I can't remember the exact wording of this rule). However, I believe these 46 million shares are available to be sold in LIMITED quantities based on criteria (which I can't remember exactly) each quarter. Am I being helpful? Not sure myself. With rule 144, insiders have to declare how much they wish to sell in a given quarter and are limited to an amount based on a percentage of their ownership I believe. Now insiders can declare but are not obligated to sell anything. Therefore very difficult to game any specific movement based on the freeing up of these remaining restricted shares. I think I'm right on this issue, but would value the opinion of others on this thread.

P.S. Congrats to those who had the fortitude to go long, 100% gains in a two week period is good enough for me.
