What's required is to COUNT THE FRIGGIN VOTES. This isn't anything new. These votamatics have been used for 40 years, and they always need a hand count when the margin of victory is too narrow. You probably wish this was a vivid and new adventure so that you could try and convince yourself that Gore is making it all up and then you could sleep with your conscience. But it's all routine.
