MH rates lawyers based on their area of expertise. Nobody gets a blanket AV rating. It must be AV in DUIs. Bush and Cheney have 3 between them. When the lush cabinet is full how many more will their be? Bring in the big gun DUI lawyers, Bush is off the wagon!!!!
