If #2 ties in in excess of 15mmcf, as we all expect; and #'s 1 and 2 look solid in their flow rates with no other anticipated problems, I would guess the partners can just borrow the money.

Considering the cash flow that is expected to be generated from #'s 1 and 2 alone, $100,000,000 does not seem like very much money and should be easy to borrow and pay back.

If 1 and 2 look to be representative of this field, and there are no perceived problems and with guesstimates of several trillion cubic feet of gas, this consortium will have money thrown at them from all over the place.
