Seconds,

Many individuals will say the whole NASDAQ is tanking and that is why GMGC is also tanking. My reply to that (especially when the stock is in the low $2 range) is horse hockey.

I wrote the BOD an email (which I was informed had been forwarded by IR to a Carol who was suppose to forward the email to all of the BOD members) about a month ago and have received absolutely no reply. I have since emailed IR twice since then and have had no reply. My email to the BOD was a long one (2-3 pages) and I basically demanded that Markman either resign or be fired as the CEO. I guess they were worried about my strong language in the email (strong language in terms of only stating facts and the lousy job Markman has done at the helm of GMGC).

I find it amazing that each time that GMGC announces a financing deal the stock starts heading south before the announcement and/or after the announcement. I am really disgusted that the BOD or Markman continues to do nothing about the market manipulation of this stock. Plus, it really amazes me that Markman appears to believe that a company doesn't need revenue to survive. He is a complete idiot IMO and needs to go so that someone who knows how to run a business takes charge.

I know that his defenders will claim that he has kept the company afloat since 1996. But my argument is that he has done so only at the severe dilution of the stock (at the expense of the shareholders) and has made no apparent attempt either to sell the company before the shares ballooned to 100 million or made no apparent attempt to really market the product.

IMO the stock has been pushed down to its current price due to the needed financing to survive (what else is new) and that the preferreds are right there helping out this low stock price. Markman has done absolutely nothing in over a year (since the GM announcement) to acquire recurring revenue from the magicTalk platform.

If others feel the same way about Markman I would strongly suggest they contact IR and BOD if possible.

I will stop venting. At least you know what I think of Markman as CEO:)

Take care,
Kurt
