Until this election matter is settled I really am not paying much attention to WHY anything is happening. I continue to maintain the General Market is being effected by two things. The vacuum created by this Gore Challenge and the ultra high interest rates. Both will likely be settled within the next 3 mos. In fact, I expect the next meeting of the Fed will result in a NEUTRAL stance and the one after that in a cut in rates. Both together will signal to the markets interest rates are headed down. By then Bush will be properly installed as President and we can get on with the matter of making money in the market. JDN
