chomo,

In your small sentence you sumed it all up with just the one word "interpretation"!! It's that simple. What does common sense say to you? With a dimple and two corners popped loose can there be any question or reasonable doubt that the voter "intended" for that vote to count? Is there "reasonable" doubt that the voter intended to vote for anyone if only a dimple is present? Common sense!! Also if the chad is popped loose but without any form of indentation, was it voted or just popped in handling?

And I as well will retract me statement as 100% fact of law, It is only my common sense "Interpitation" of that law so there can be "Absolutely no doubt that the vote was intended for the person it was counted for" when I stated two corners must be detached!

Good for you, to admit a possible error.

As I pointed out in a post made before I read this one, you are in fact in error.

I appreciate someone who can admit error. Now please take on the far harder task of teaching that lesson to Ellen.
