NHC is coming to a price where it would become an easy takeover target.

The Nasdaq is in a deep oversold condition right now. The rally will be very strong. I still consider this to be one of the best small caps to buy.

It is a lot easier to swim downstream as opposed to upstream, regardless of how strong a swimmer one is.

The other aspect is that at this time, no one is really listening to the "good" part of a news release. Rather they pick at the negatives, much like our last Federal election.

They have told us that sequential growth in the 1st qtr will be down from the last 2. That piece of the news will have to be over come.
