I got liquid Kava. I got pill kava. I got kava for my cats (when they get hyper)

I ain't no medical doctor, nor no herbalist, nor no nutritionist--- so I'm not qualified to give any opinion thereto. I been to Fiji though, where the kava orginally comes from.

Stuff's sold over-the-counter. (aside: Like at Whole Foods-- go WFMI! jaja!) If you buy a bottle of kava, my unqualified opinion is that you reserve judgment on efficacy until you go through the entire bottle (not taken at once!--- follow directions). Seems to me, much more noticeable positive effect as one goes through the bottle.
