I'm having trouble getting charts & L2 on boston servers this morning (for the 2nd day in a row) and the lag time is horrendous (20 seconds right now). When I try to change servers, it cycles thru boston servers and puts me right back to where I was.

What's the deal?

Paul, have been having delay problems with Boston servers last few days - even to the point of Qcharts saying it has found a faster server.

Now - back to options and the lack of correct data on QC.

I understand how the options open every morning but I never have ANY options data feed until 15 mins after the open - just as if I had delayed service. From then on, I have live feed - even if not correct.

I can get live quotes from my broker as soon as the market opens and have traded during this time that QC can not even give me a quote.

As for correct data - I sold some QCOM options for over a 3 pts difference than what QC was showing - so much for "real time options data."

WHEN CAN WE EXPECT TO SEE AN IMPROVEMENT? BOSTON DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
