I think, at this juncture, Al Gore's secondary goals are to demonstrate his savvy and stamina, thus paving the way for 2004.

" W" needs to work up his leadership image and energy level, not letting the veep-elect or the other handlers doing all the hustling.

Good point.

He will fight to win. I can construct scenarios that could lead to him winning.

Gore has the local judges and FL SC on his side, and it is possible that they can come up with a scenario under which Gore "wins", but everything else is on Bush's side (most important of all is the vote count).

All you have to do is tune in to MSNBC and CNN. They are continually constructing ways for Gore to win...
