Ginsburg and Breyer were nominated by Clinton-Gore, so using your logic, they should recuse themselves, too.

I do not see a need for anyone to recuse themselves, here.

I was hoping that Souter and Thomas would claim independence, then rubber stamp Bush's petition, just like the FL SOS did. Te he. Also hoping the others appointed by Reagan don't forget who got them there.
