Hey, I know some one like that, too. However, his was sex discrimination. He lost a multimillion dollar lending business, his reputation, most of his "freinds", and acquired a horrendous drinking problem. But he won his lawsuit. In fact, after 7 years, they never even went to trial. She just dropped it when my friend was finally successful in getting her analyst's records admitted(in which she detailed how she was going to screw him!). I think his "contingency fees" were in excess of $500,000.

I will continue to speak out for the common working man, the disenfranchised, those who have had to struggle to achieve their piece of America. If you wish to characterize me as a race-baiter, you are sadly mistaken and misinformed. My fight is for equal opportunity for all, not for those who live in certain ZIP codes.

Bureaucrats are only part of the problem. The big problem lies with the sins of corporate America ... Big Business outspent unions in the last election something like 95% to 5% ... but all we hear from the right-wingers on this thread is how awful it is that unions support political candidates and causes.

A lot of people need to wake up and take a close look at Corporate America ... especially the small-businessmen on this thread, like you and Frank. Then ask your congressman why Big Business gets scores of tax breaks that the little guy doesn't get.
