Re: "Because of delays it is only practical to count the ballots that are in question."

The full state count which you say you have no problem with, is in question. The result of the full state count determines the winner. The law must be fair. You and Gore know he'll pick up votes in his territory, so it's been disputed. When you said ALL the votes, NO LESS...this scenario you now describe does not fit your words. The geographical advantages to Gore here are plain, uncalled for, unintended by any legislature of constitution, and we BOTH should not want them to hold up.

Full and Fair, NO LESS! Gore's disputed ballots cannot be treated differently(hand-counted) from the rest, not when such treatment results in advantage to one side(Gore- and it does).

Re: "the common sense thing is to count the ballots that are in question"

No, it is NOT common sense to include a geographical advantage for one man, thank-you. The system is rightly intended not to allow such a counting from ever happening or being a part of our process.

How does one know whether to dispute them unless he looks at them, AS PROVIDED BY LAW???? Are you going to suggest that there's no controlling legal authority? Look at the statute. Moreover, you and Gore's people have a lot of ba**s to suggest Bush is delaying. This is on an expedited schedule. The law and rules allow 10 days for Bush to respond, and he only got 4 days. Absolute Bul***it.
