If they initially perforate & produce from the lower zone in #2, would they set the packer and production tubing in the upper casing and flow the lower zone through the smaller annulus? It seems to me, this would allow them to use a larger diameter production tubing, if required...

Even though I'm a stupid squished,...somewhat drunken hamster,...I realize that the cost to Chevron to buy out the other 75% royalty has suddenly at least tripled in the last two days. Stupid $#@!#@$% should have made their move earlier (gggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg).
