i think you're 100% correct about that. and you know how it is...in a run-away bull, like we had in the NAZ when it went vertical, people are waiting for pullbacks to buy, and the pullbacks never come. same with waiting for rallies to unload into in a bear...you're lucky if you get them. that is why capitulation is usually seen in the end...because all those willing sellers waiting for a bounce finally give up.
