Harris's deadlines are prescribed by law. I'm still amazed that you and others can't seem to grasp those requirements.

I'm sure that if Bush had been down by 300 votes, she would have found that her discretion allowed her to give an extension to the certification deadline. Why else did she have the recounting counties write her requests for an extension, if she had absolutely no choice in the matter?

Clearly, the rule of law applies only when it favors the Democrats. Otherwise, "fairness" and "justice" outweigh everything.

why did Gore offer to recount in all counties,
You complain that all are not counted, then you complain that Gore wanted to count all. You do not have a good heart. You're interest is to confuse and obsfucate and not to find out who really won in Florida. The question is clear in Florida but there are some who are trying very hard not to look at the truth. Those are the ones frustrated by the time, because it means they have to hide from their conscience a few more weeks. The answer is simple:
