January 20th? You smoking something funny? Isn't that a little late? Do you expect both of them to be standing there at the podium, waiting for Rehnquist to say, "And the winner is..." No, now stop your barking. Gore said he would never concede. Never means never. You can NOT have another individual running around the country claiming the title rightfully belongs to him. There will only be one person sworn in. Gore will have to concede or publicly accept defeat, and acknowledge Bush as rightful President. You can NOT have two people in the country claiming the top spot rightfully belongs to him. That is a national security risk and a revolt against the system. He'll need to be dealt with quickly, if he doesn't concede, when that time comes.
