Re: "Gore offered a recount of the entire state. Bush declined"

Being the liberal you are I can understand how you could think this. You think that all Al has to do is offer a handcount and poof! Florida Law doesn't matter any more. You think Florida is just a pawn for Al to negotiate with and do with as he pleases. Never mind the Law when your guy has lost and want to redefine the rules. Laws are for other people, not Liberals when the lose.

Re: "You know perfectly well that a complete counting of votes in Florida will give Gore the state of Florida, as well as the national popular vote"

You know perfectly well that we know nothing of the sort. The fact is the ballots were counted and Gore lost. The ballots were recounted and Gore lost. The absentee ballots were counted and Gore lost. The Democratic SC created Law and gave their boy an extra week and ordered a handcount in only cherrypicked Democratic strongholds and Gore lost, even with his people in charge, changing the rules as necessary to pad his total. The Democrats published instructions on how to get military ballots tossed out and Gore lost. Gore lost and lost and lost and lost so in your mind this is proof that Gore won.

Re: "But you just want to see Bush win"

I already saw Bush win.

Scumbria,

Gore offered a recount of the entire state. Bush declined.

What is the basis of this "offer". Was the offer made with the assumption that Gore has FL Supreme Court in his back pocket, who would make up any law Gore desires.

In reality, Gore can't make this offer. Only in alternate reality where liberals operate is such an offer possible.
