Democratic Supreme Court Republican legislature. So no separation of powers between executive, judiciary and legislature = BANANA REPUBLIC. Of course there are many residents in Florida who cmae from the banana republic. But what's the excuse of other people on this thread.

Elmer, The SOS blocked hand recounts for several days during the first week. Dade county did not start their recount because of this. Then the SC (in their wisdom) created an extension, allowing about one counting day after the Thanksgiving Holiday. So Dade county again failed to do the recount. The SOS has a conflict of interest, and the SC made a stupid decision about the date. A full recount of FL would give Gore the state, as well as the national popular vote. Get over it. Scumbria
