Re: Elitists, I recall interviewing for a job in the legal department of the Burlington Northern Railroad and learning that lawyers had to take their entire 1.5 hour lunch break because that distinquished them from the clerical help who only got a one hour lunch break. I did not take the job.

That is probably by design. Most management is required to live within a proscribed radius of their interests and responsibilities.

Not much that the upper 5% of the fat cats do surprises me. What surprises me is that the bottom 80% of the repugnantcans believe their leaders care about them or anything besides getting richer.
