SI is doing a pretty good job, My beef is that because of conflicting interests the Market Gems threads can't be moderated as I missed that little window when we were able to. What transpired was that some loiterers and ne'er do wells can come to our thread because their former bastions are closed. Luckily in 4 years come March, we have only had a handful of problem posters. Just now if they start publishing these lists (which can be outdated due to the number of appearances by those that stopped posting) the threads and hosts will be open to more loiterers. However, If you keep the thread with a 'theme' and stick with the theme other posters will respect the 'character' of the thread. Sometimes its the 'housekeeper' that has to make sure his/her house in in order and SI should be called only when there is anything that can't be handled. For the most part other regulars will either ignore or ridicule the off topic or post that is made just to engender discord so that problem is taken care of.
