Well, just want you to know that some of the "ones" you thought were gonners aren't really. Some are still nearby... as for me I'm just a lazy poster I guess. Like ya all, I'm looking forward to getting resolution to the political thing... that'll happen... like now would be good! Wouldn't mind even if the market got out of its funk. This is a little late for Thanksgiving but, V man, just wanted to let you know that, while I don't always agree with everything you say,(and I'm sure you wouldn't want that anyway), I'm extremely thankful for your covered call insights over the recent months. I'm a LTBH kinda person, a timid investor at heart and thankful that I don't owe anyone any margin money in this market... That said, I still own my QCOM, JDSU and AMCC... these are stocks that I have a lot of faith in longer term for various reasons... OK, sure, I'd have been a hell of a lot better off if I was a little smarter and could actually time the market. Why, I'd have sold everything around Jan or Feb! Well, this is a long way of saying that I'm extremely thankful for learning about covered calls from you and others here... I'm just a rank beginner in this but managed to be about 100K better off over the course of the past year because of your, (and Bebo's), insights... maybe I was just lucky, but I don't think so. Of course, I still would have been much better off if I was smart... then I would have known to sell last Jan or Feb but, given my genetic package, I know that is not an option... one does what one can. BTW, if ya grate goes cold, lots of us have got a good warm ones nearby ya can share! Cheers...
