The Locus transaction has not closed yet.....wonder what happens with that.....the Locus people would now be getting about half of what they bargained for ...there are probably nasty terms for Locus to get out of the deal so it will probably still go thru as is......are details of those terms in print anywhere?...here is all I could find......also I guess new acquisitions are going to be difficult for now for all these companies....infospace is lucky it got so many acquisitions in before the market melted....gnet's cash infusion to the mix for infospace is looking better all the time......I would not be at all surprised to see Paul Allen buy a bunch at these levels.....I own a few stocks where buybacks were announced yesterday
