Where does your belief that Bush "won Florida" come from?

I'm pretty certain that the winner of Florida has not been resolved yet.

Since you are such a stickler for the law, I'm certain that you must want those illegally obtained Republican ballots in Seminole County thrown out.

The SC ignored the law

SC is the final authority on laws as they exist.

Legislature may change those laws but cannot be applied retroactively.
