I also think what is most likely, and I might add, probable, would be an offer to the consortium for the gas rights. But it wouldn't necessarily need to be 100%, just majority interest and control and some sort of contractual agreement for others that may be some combination of cash and royalty payments. But a company like Chevron could offer billions to the partners.

The possible combinations are infinite.
