If you strain your brain a little bit, you might remember that the Republicans brought the case to the Supreme Court.

Neither CNN nor Bush's campaign manager will determine the winner of this election.

The election is over and Gore lost. How could he contest the election if it wasn't over and he didn't lose?

Instead of repeating our own opinions, which dont add up to a handfull of beans, why dont we DISCUSS the events and what the courts and legislature are doing or going to do and under what authority?

That would be more constructive, educational and non combative.

And if one believes that SC judges are biased, then they are violating the rights of people instead of protecting them. How do we overcome that aspect with, maybe, a constituionla amendment.
